We investigate the mechanisms of cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, pulmonary, and cardiometabolic dysfunction in aging and chronic disease and examine how exercise interventions restore and optimize human physiological function.

Our research combines advanced human physiological assessments with biochemical analyses, including cardiac & vascular ultrasound, arterial stiffness, cardiopulmonary exercise testing, pulmonary and autonomic function, tissue oxygenation, cognitive assessment, body composition, and blood biomarker analysis.
