This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.
Definitions
Application refers to IntReceipt, the software program provided by the Company.
Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Tryman IT.
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Data Collection
We collect personal information in order to provide and improve Our products and services. This information includes the following data types:
User Content
Receipts, reports and app preferences are stored on the device and synchronized with the user's private iCloud.
Device ID
Device identifiers, such as the Firebase Installation ID, are collected through the Firebase SDK and used to enable Firebase services in the app. Device identifiers may also be used by Our backend to retrieve Apple Ads attribution information.
Product Interaction
Product Interaction is used for analytics, such as understanding feature usage and app performance, and is collected with Google Analytics for Firebase.
Crash Data
Crash Data (including crash reports, error logs, stack traces, and device information at time of crash) is used for identifying and fixing app issues, and collected with Firebase Crashlytics.
Diagnostic Data
Diagnostic Data (including performance metrics, network connectivity information, and technical diagnostic information) is used for app functionality and performance monitoring, and collected with the Firebase SDK.
Approximate Location
Approximate location (for example, city-level location derived from IP address) may be collected by Google Analytics for Firebase and used for analytics.
User Content
When autofill is enabled, receipt text is sent to the OpenAI API for processing, via Our backend in order to generate autofill values. Our backend does not store receipt text after processing. OpenAI may retain receipt text and generated autofill values for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring.
Security
The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case We discover that a child under 13 has provided Us with personal information, We immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact Us so that We will be able to do the necessary actions.
Data Retention
User Content is stored on your device until you delete it. Data synchronized with your private iCloud remains there until you delete it.
Firebase data is retained according to Firebase's retention policies.
