1.- Introduction
It is intended to inform our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your data when you install and use our Interpolation for GSheet Add-on.
As per google service requirement, in order to Interpolation for GSheet Add-on operates, you shall grant permissions to access your data as detailed in "Required Scope Permission (section 2)". Consider you can revoke access to your data from your Google account control panel or by uninstalling our add-on.
2.- Required Scopes Permissions
userinfo.email
Permission required to access email address you signed with to install the add-on (mandatory by google).
userinfo.profile
Permission required to access google profile associated to email you signed with to install the add-on (mandatory by google).
script.external_request
This permission is not actually required nowadays. Possibly in the future shall be required to allow the add-on to communicate with external engine server for support calculation.
script.container.ui
This permission is required to show the add-on menu and sidebar pages on your Google spreadsheet.
documents
See, create, and edit all Google Docs documents you have access to (come out automatically when generate Add-on in "google script editor").
spreadsheets
This permission is required for the add-on to read formulas and values from the current spreadsheet cells which you have passed as input arguments to a function in the add-on.
Also needed to save results in the spreadsheet.
3.- Type of Accessed Data and Usage
Spreadsheet Data
Only read data from the current spreadsheet in which you use function installed with Interpolation for GSheet Add-on.
The data read is limited to the formulas and values you have passed as input arguments to Interpolation for GSheet Add-on functions. Nowadays, all data is managed internally.
No data is currently collected. In the future, it may be necessary to take it only to providing a result to a requested function.
Data Storage
In the future, data may be collected for a requested function and sent to external server. These data only be held in memory and automatically deleted immediately after the calculation were completed.
General Policies
No data is or will be shared, disclosed or sold to third parties or to other users or company of our add-on in any way.
No promotional or unsolicited emails is sent from the add-on developer.
No data is currently collected. In the future it may be necessary to take it only to providing a result to a requested function.
This add-on is free of charges. It could be used for any profit or not-profit purpose (just as it is legal or moral acceptable).
Developer accept donation following the PayPal logo. No personal information well be collected or published (except donator wanted to be thanked in a list on my this web page). The transactions are processed on secure third-party payment gateway service (PayPal).
