The uses of artificial intelligence to support records management activities involve not only the development of AI applications, but human-machine interaction. If AI can help us with records management, we need to develop AI literacy to work together and adopt new solutions. How can we develop an AI literacy in the context of records management and archives? This study will identify competencies for critical AI evaluation; analyze the digital transition scenario, and the impacts on labor dynamics; identify the challenges involving communication/interaction between humans and AI; and propose ways to engage in AI-based records management and archives solutions.
