All assessments will be emailed to clinical educators from the Director of Teacher Education at lest three weeks prior to their due dates.
During the internship semester (EDU 600 & 626), clinical educators will complete the following assessments:
First Educator Disposition Assessment (due September/January)
Mid-Term Evaluation of the Intern (due October/March)
One Formal Observation (due November/April)
Final Evaluation of the Intern (due November/April)
Second Educator Disposition Assessment (due November/April)
During the student teaching semester (EDU 636), clinical educators will complete the following assessments:
First Educator Disposition Assessment (due September/January)
Mid-Term Evaluation of the Student Teacher (due October/March)
One Formal Observation (due November/April)
Final Evaluation of the Student Teacher (due November/April)
Second Educator Disposition Assessment (due November/April)
Certification of Teaching Capacity (due November/April)
