Accommodation with Brazilian host families.

Arrival transfer (Salgado Filho International Airport – Porto Alegre → UNISC).

Two weeks of academic activities led by UNISC faculty members, covering topics such as:

Participants will visit organizations and projects in the region, including:
Tecnounisc Innovation Park;
Physical Rehabilitation Service (SRFis);
Parque da Gruta;

Heilige Brewery.
🎭 Brazilian and Gaúcho Cultural Immersion
Portuguese language workshops;
Introduction to Gaúchês (regional expressions);
City tour in Santa Cruz do Sul;
Traditional cuca baking workshop;
Samba class;
Cultural evening at a CTG (Traditional Gaúcho Cultural Center);
Daily life with Brazilian host families.

Student Responsibilities
Student Responsibilities
Participants are responsible for the following expenses:
Lunches and dinners during the program (approximately BRL 30 per meal);
Admission fees for optional events or activities not included in the official program;
Personal transportation outside the scheduled program activities;
Round-trip airfare and international health/travel insurance;
Personal expenses.
