Conferences registration (from 6th afternoon to 7th)


Full price : 35 €

Reduced price (student) : 15 €

Registration fees include:

  • Conference package with programme book

  • Admission to the conferences

  • Lunch (7th September)

  • Coffee breaks (6th and 7th September)


Ecrins excursion registration (from 7th evening to 9th morning) : 15 people max.

Full price : 90 €

Reduced price (student) : 40 €

Registration fees include:

    • Trip to the Ecrins

    • Hotel with full board (breakfast, lunchs and diners)

Destination: Upper Freissinières Valley

Departure: MMSH (Aix-en-Provence) by minibus or car around 4pm on 7 September

Arrival: around 6:30pm Hôtel ** les 5 saisons in Freissinières (shared room for 2 to 5 people https://www.les5saisons.com/)

Hiking: Montagne de Faravel (Freissinières). Time 5h-6h return (altitude 1400-2300 m).

Return : By minibus or car on September 9th around 10am-Arrival around 12.30pm MMSH (Aix-en-Provence)
