Ezekiel is a Former United States Marine, listed as 'Killed in Action' on November 15 , 2007. 

The nature of his induction into the Foundation was hostile.

Chaos Insurgents, the ISI, and a Anomaly engaged Halloway's squad while on a patrol in the Al Anbar province of Iraq. During the fighting, Halloway's squad was killed except for him and another member, Thomas Morgan.

His introduction to the Foundation was through Mobile Task Force XI-13, which had been dispatched to engage both the Chaos Insurgency, and the Anomaly present.

XI-13 Operative 'Xerxes' contacted Halloway and Thomas, and returned both of them to the Foundation following their initial sweep of the area. Thomas was in critical condition, however he survived and made a full recovery.

Ezekiel was interrogated by General Security. 

After his interrogation, Ezekiel was approached with the choice to join the Foundation, or return to civilian life under a alternative name and background. Ezekiel, chose the Foundation.

He has served with the Foundation for 19 years. His service record is smooth and effective, although in recent years he was faced with multiple psychological evaluations following the deaths of a majority of his original team.

Ezekiel is a former Upsilon - 11 Operative. He was ranked as a Master Sergeant, and was married to his Assistant Squad Leader, Layla Halloway.

Ezekiel is a former NU - 7 Operative. Before being selected for Internal Affairs, he was a Sergeant Major in the detachment.

Ezekiel has a notable will. When put into situations that are life-or-death, Ezekiel has a tendency to over-exert himself to his limits. Most notably, during Anchorage, he carried 'Breakpoint' while suffering from a shattered kneecap and on minimal painkillers. He only stopped when he reached a UNGOC helicopter, where he was provided ample care.

There is a noticeable lack of self-preservation when it comes to people he cares deeply about, or when it comes to objectives the Foundation has designated as critical. He does not see failure as a acceptable option, and will strive to complete his objectives as given to him under any means necessary.

Most recent interactions with Foundation personnel has been one of intrigue. He appears to be helpful; atleast in some degree, to those he speaks too. The most recent examples was with Sergeant 'Riot' and XO 'Amnesia', who he has taken a special care to helping. It is unclear exactly what his goals are, however he has noted the both of them positively, although given his record within the Foundation; it is extremely likely that he is using the situation to his advantage. It is unclear how, but it is something to keep note of.

The Death of Wisp was a notable incident that Garmr has kept hidden. Surveillance of his person indicates that he is mentally struggling with aspects that aligned during the execution of Wisp, including a detail that sent him over the edge in terms of anger and frustration. While logs are being kept to note his capability within the Foundation, it is of note that he is still effective, and is still in a position where he can accomplish the goals the foundation has set.
