Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how DMO ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Interior Design: Home Decor AI mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described below. We comply with applicable data protection standards including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
This policy applies to the Interior Design: Home Decor AI iOS application and any related services we provide. It does not apply to third-party websites, services, or applications that may be linked from within the App.
To deliver the core experience, the App may collect information you choose to enter or select, such as your style preferences, room and design-type selections, prompts you type, and the designs you save or mark as favorites.
The App does not require you to provide your real name, email address, or phone number. You do not need to create an account or sign in to use the App.
The App uses Firebase Anonymous Authentication. The first time you open the App, we generate a random, anonymous user identifier. This identifier is not linked to your name, email address, or phone number. It exists solely so that your creation history, saved designs, and remaining generation credits can be associated with your installation and synchronized through our secure cloud database (Firestore).
The core feature of the App requires a photo. When you capture or upload a photo of a room, home exterior, garden, or sketch:
The photo is transmitted to our AI processing providers (see Section 4) strictly to generate your requested design, 3D model, or enhancement.
Your input photo and the AI-generated result are stored in our secure cloud storage (Firebase Storage), associated with your anonymous identifier, so that you can view, compare, and re-download your creations later.
You may delete your creations from within the App at any time.
We access your photo library or camera only for the specific image you choose to provide. We do not scan or upload your wider photo library.
When you use the App, we may automatically collect:
Device information (device model, operating system version, language, region)
App version and configuration
Anonymous usage analytics (screens viewed, features used, crashes, performance metrics)
Diagnostic logs in case of errors
We do not access your contact list, location, microphone, calendar, health data, or messages — except for the photos you explicitly choose to share with the App.
Premium subscriptions are processed by Apple via the App Store and managed through RevenueCat. Paywalls may be presented using Superwall. We receive only the subscription status (active, expired, trial, entitlement identifier) needed to unlock premium features and manage your generation credits. We do not collect, see, or store your credit card number, billing address, or any payment instrument data.
We use the information described above to:

Generate the designs, 3D models, and chat responses you request
Maintain your creation history, saved designs, and credits across sessions
Validate your premium subscription status and enforce free-tier usage limits
Improve App stability, performance, and user experience
Send you optional notifications about your generation status and updates (where permitted)
Comply with applicable legal obligations
When you request an AI-assisted feature, the photo and parameters you provide are transmitted to a third-party AI provider strictly for the purpose of generating that result:
fal.ai — 2D interior/exterior design generation, draw-to-design, and image enhancement (fal.ai may route requests to underlying model providers such as OpenAI and Google).
Luwai — 3D model generation.
OpenAI — the ArchGPT design chat assistant.
These requests are processed in accordance with each AI provider's data-handling commitments and are not used to identify you personally. AI-generated content is provided for inspiration and guidance only and may contain inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for verifying any output before relying on it for purchasing, construction, or renovation decisions.
Interior Design: Home Decor AI integrates the following third-party services:
Apple — App Store distribution and in-app purchases
Firebase (Google) — anonymous authentication, cloud database, cloud storage, push notifications, analytics, and crash reporting
RevenueCat — subscription management
Superwall — paywall presentation
fal.ai, Luwai, and OpenAI — AI content generation
Amplitude — product usage analytics
Each provider operates under its own privacy policy. We share with them only the minimum information needed to deliver the relevant feature.
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only:
With the third-party service providers listed above, strictly to operate the App
When required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, or property
In connection with a corporate transaction (merger, acquisition, asset sale), in which case we will notify you
Your saved designs, uploaded photos, and creation history are retained as long as they remain associated with your anonymous identifier, until you delete them or request deletion.
Analytics and diagnostic logs are retained for a limited period for stability and improvement purposes.
You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 9).
We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (including encrypted transport, scoped access controls, and authenticated APIs) to protect your information. However, no digital system can guarantee absolute security, and you use the App at your own risk.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
Access the personal information we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate information
Request deletion of your information ("right to be forgotten")
Object to or restrict certain processing
Request portability of your data
Withdraw a previously granted consent

Interior Design: Home Decor AI is not directed to children under 13 years of age (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us so we can remove it.
Your information may be processed in countries other than the one in which you reside. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for international transfers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through the App or our website. Continued use of the App after a change indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
