Dr. Qazi Mazhar ul Haq is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of International Bachelor Program in Informatics and Computer Science and Engineering at Yuan Ze University, Taiwan. He has held visiting professor positions at Harbin Institute of Technology, China, and was previously a faculty member at the National University of Sciences and Technology, Pakistan. He actively participates in various IEEE committees, including the IEEE Consumer Technology Society, IEEE Biometrics Council, IEEE Sensors Council, and IEEE Systems Council. Additionally, he has contributed as a guest editor for a special issue in ACM Transactions on Asian and Low-Resource Language Information Processing. Dr. Haq has also been a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the National Taipei University of Technology, Taiwan. He earned his PhD in Electronics and Computer Engineering from the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology. His research focuses on object detection, incremental learning, anomaly detection, image processing, deep learning, and 3D object detection.

Amin Ullah Received the B.Sc. Electrical Communication Engineering degree from the Department of Electrical Engineering, University of Engineering and Technology, Peshawar, Pakistan, in 2017, and the M Eng. (Internetworking) degree from the Department of Internetworking, Dalhousie University, Halifax, Canada, in 2023. Currently, he is pursuing a Ph.D. degree from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Yuan Ze University, Taoyuan, Taiwan. His research interests include Internet of Things (IoT), Internet of Medical Things (IoMT), Software Defined Network, SDN-IoT, AI, and Deep Learning applications in SDN-IoT for Quality of Service, routing communication, and security.
Sajid Ali is a researcher in physics specializing in experimental high-energy physics. He earned his M.Phil. in Physics from Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad (2018–2021), where his thesis explored Low Gain Avalanche Diodes (LGADs) for the ATLAS High-Granularity Timing Detector upgrade at CERN. He previously completed an MSc in Physics at Abdul Wali Khan University, Mardan, and a BSc in Physics and Mathematics at the University of Swabi. His research interests include particle detectors, collider physics, Higgs boson measurements, neutrino physics, dark matter, and radiation applications in medicine. He is proficient in Python, C++, ROOT, and LaTeX, with experience across Linux and Windows platforms.
