Data Collection and Use
Intellecta App uses only Firebase services for:
User authentication (Firebase Authentication);
App data storage and synchronization (Firebase Firestore);
Collecting analytics to improve the experience. (Firebase Analytics).
We do not use iCloud for app data storage or synchronization.
To create and access your account, we may process the following data:
Email address;
Unique user identifier (UID);
Technical information required for session and login security.
This data is used exclusively to authenticate your access, keep your account active, and enable features linked to your profile.
The data generated during app use (e.g., study content, progress, and records related to the operation of Intellecta App) is stored in the Firebase Firestore.
Main purposes:
Save your content and progress;
Synchronize information between sessions/devices linked to your account;
Maintain continuity of the app experience.
We use Firebase Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the app is used.
Examples of analytical data:
App usage events;
Technical information about the device and operating system;
Performance and engagement metrics.
This data is used to improve functionality, stability, and overall user experience.
We use Firebase Crashlytics to automatically collect anonymous crash reports when your app malfunctions unexpectedly. The reports include information such as the app's state at the time of the crash, the device type, and the operating system. No personally identifiable information, such as your name or email address, is collected or included in these reports. The information is used solely to diagnose and fix problems, ensuring your app is as reliable as possible for all users.
We do not sell your personal data.
The data is processed by providers necessary for the app's operation, specifically Google Firebase, in accordance with the platform's own policies and terms.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The most recent version will always be available on the official channel indicated in the App Store and within the app itself.
