INTEGRID ("the App") is a professional tool for high-voltage substation equipment testing, analysis and report generation. This policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the App you agree to this policy.

What we do NOT collect: location data, contacts, call logs, SMS, advertising identifiers, or any data from other apps. The App contains no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
On your device: test records, profile details and generated PDF reports are stored locally so the App works fully offline.
In the cloud: your account details and test records are synced to Google Firebase (Firestore, asia-south1 / Mumbai region) so you can access them across devices. Data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS).
Your profile photo, if set, is stored only on your device.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not use your data for advertising. Data is shared only with Google Firebase, which acts as our cloud infrastructure provider, subject to Google's Firebase privacy terms.

Your data is retained while your account is active. Local data is removed when you uninstall the App. Cloud data is removed when your account is deleted.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated cloud data at any time:
Email vish.mfg@gmail.com from your registered email address with the subject line "Delete my INTEGRID account".
Your account and all cloud-stored test records will be permanently deleted within 30 days, and you will receive a confirmation email.
INTEGRID is a professional engineering tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Cloud data is protected by Firebase Authentication and per-user security rules — each user can only access their own data. No system is 100% secure, but we follow industry-standard practices to protect your information.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
