With a background in sales and customer services, I am the company responsible for managing the relationship with our users and spreading the word about Mindomo. My goal is to make our customers as successful as possible, which in turn, improves our company's value.
The structure of the video would contain:
- a description of our web version as an educational software - normal mind maps, concept maps, outline and assignments.
- a highlight key functionalities - real-time collaboration, sharing, sound recording button, adding images and videos feature.
- Desktop version available for all platforms (Windows, MAC, OS X and Linux)
- how our tool can assist people with reading, learning, comprehension, and organizational difficulties, useful for audio and visual learners
- how compliant we are with AT
Using mind mapping as a way to brainstorm and organize ideas, developing concept maps to see the relationships between different notions, having the possibility to create assignments and thus transform daily tasks in an interactive manner of teaching and learning, sharing thoughts and interact with others in real time, being able to customize mind maps in a way that becomes easier to follow the train of thoughts.
