Bonnie is an industry-recognized human capital strategist, performance consultant, presenter, and author. She leads the learning and performance analytics practice at GP Strategies, a learning consultancy focused on workplace performance. With over 20 years of experience in the field, her hallmark is linking investments in people to measurable business outcomes. Her statistical business impact work has earned numerous learning industry awards. She has authored a book, “Developing Human Capital,” and numerous articles. Her article, “So you want to measure impact … now what?” won an MVP Award for measuring impact. Bonnie holds a Ph.D. in human capital management from Bellevue University and an MBA from Wayne State University. A member of the International Society for Performance Improvement, Bonnie actively served on both the Michigan and the international boards of directors.

Hannah Wilder is a manager on the Marketing Sciences team at Domino's. Her team may be small, but they tackle big problems, advising on decisions regarding where to spend marketing dollars and optimal ways to set pricing in Domino's stores. Hannah's background is in Computer Science and Statistics and she is currently finishing up her Master's in Computer Science at the University of Illinois. In addition to school and work, Hannah is passionate about contributing to STEM opportunities and education for all through her leadership role on the Women in STEM @ Domino's Community Outreach committee.

She also loves a good pepperoni pizza with extra cheese.
