We collect only the minimum amount of personal or sensitive data necessary to provide InTags’ core functionality:

• Authentication Data: When you sign in, we collect your email address using Firebase Authentication. This is used to create and secure your account.

• Saved Profiles: When you save a LinkedIn profile, we store the profile’s URL, your tags, notes, and metadata (like createdAt) in Google Firestore, tied to your authenticated account.

• Usage Data: We may log general usage data to improve the extension, but we do not collect or store your browsing history or access pages beyond LinkedIn.

We do not collect passwords, financial information, or unrelated browsing data.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To securely authenticate you using Firebase Authentication

• To save and sync your profile data across sessions using Firestore

• To provide a personalized experience with tags and notes tied to your saved LinkedIn profiles

We do not sell or use your data for advertising or marketing.

3. Data Security

We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data. All personal data is encrypted in transit and stored securely in Firebase services (Authentication and Firestore), both of which comply with modern security standards.

4. Data Sharing

We do not share your data with third parties except:

• When required by law

• When necessary for technical support or service improvement

• If our services are merged, acquired, or transferred

We never share your data for advertising or profiling purposes.

5. User Rights

You may access, update, or delete your data at any time. This can be done from within the extension or by contacting us directly at info@threefourteen.io.
