Your information is used to:

• Authenticate users and manage accounts

• Send important updates (e.g., new leads)

• Enable AI-assisted call handling

• Analyze transcripts to extract structured data (e.g., name, postcode, availability) using OpenAI's API

We share it only with trusted third parties strictly for the purposes of:

• Transcription and Data Extraction: Transcripts may be securely sent to OpenAI’s API to extract relevant customer information

• Call Handling: Using Twilio and Vapi.ai for routing and managing phone calls

We require all third-party services to handle data according to GDPR and applicable data protection laws.

4. Data Security

• All API traffic (including to OpenAI and Twilio) is encrypted via HTTPS.

• Tokens and sensitive data are stored securely using local encrypted storage.

• Revoke notification permissions at any time

• Request deletion of call records or transcripts

• Firebase (Google LLC) – Notification delivery and analytics

• Vapi.ai – AI assistant call engagement

• OpenAI – Processing call transcripts to extract customer information

Each provider is independently responsible for their own data handling practices.
