By downloading, installing, or using Instant Converter ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal and commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the applicable app store terms.
Instant Converter is a unit conversion and calculator app. It provides:
Conversion between units of measurement across multiple categories
Currency conversion using publicly available exchange rates
A basic calculator
Unit conversions are based on standard conversion factors and are provided for general reference purposes.
Currency exchange rates are sourced from the European Central Bank via frankfurter.dev and are updated daily. Rates are indicative and may not reflect real-time market rates.
The App is not a substitute for professional financial, scientific, engineering, or medical calculations. Do not rely on it for decisions where precision is critical.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
The App is available as a paid download through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or other authorized platforms.
All purchases are processed by the respective app store. We do not collect or process payment information directly.
Refund policies are governed by the app store from which you purchased the App. Please contact Apple, Google, or the relevant store for refund requests.
No subscription is required. The purchase is a one-time payment for the full app.
The App, including its design, code, icons, and content, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not:
Copy, modify, or distribute the App
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use the App's branding, name, or assets without written permission
The App stores preferences and usage data (recent conversions, favorites, calculator history) locally on your device only. We do not collect, transmit, or have access to your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to inaccurate conversions, financial losses, or data loss.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.
We reserve the right to discontinue the App at any time. Your license terminates automatically if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies.
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction of residence, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
