CONFIGURING PRINTING VIA XPS DRIVER FOR PRINTERS
For Konica printers, you need to do additional steps to install an additional XPS driver and get Konica Minolta driver support for any operating version.

... Download the XPS driver for your printer and extract it to C: \ TEMP.
2. Look at which port your printer driver uses (Control Panel / Devices and Printers / <your_local_printer> / Printer Properties context menu / Ports tab).
3. Run the Add Printer wizard from the control panel, select the printer that I want is not listed, and then select Add a local or network printer with manual settings. In the next window, name the port used by printer model:
4. In the printer driver installation dialog box, select "Have Disk ..." and specify the path to the folder you selected when unpacking the archive in step 1. (eg C: \ TEMP). Select a model from the list. Note! The driver you select must strictly match your printer model.
5. Provide a name for the printer.
6. Clear the Use this printer as default check box to avoid using redirected printing on the local computer. To check the settings, you can use the "Print a test page" function - if the document is printed, the printer is configured correctly and you can print documents from 1C.
Note! After installing the driver, you must end the session on the cloud (Ctrl + Alt + End, Logout) and reconnect.
Possible problems:
I. The printer has stopped printing or is no longer displayed in the list of available printers.
Decision:
1. Correctly end the session on the cloud via Start - End of Session, or press Ctrl + Alt + End on the keyboard, "End Session" and go to the cloud again.

II. The printer appears in the cloud list but does not print.

2. If the printer does not print from the PC, make sure it is turned on and the latest drivers are installed. After that, reconnect to the cloud and check the printing from 1C.
Therefore, driver is installed and might be printer offline issue is solved.
