If someone's profile is private, no third-party viewer is going to show you the grid. Anyone claiming otherwise is farming your email. What you can do is track the public signals: follower changes, post cadence, the things that are visible. I use Supapush to keep an eye on the accounts I care about and schedule my own posts from the same dashboard. Set expectations low on the private-viewer part and it is a genuinely useful tool.
