Inspire Watch provides watch face applications for Wear OS. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle user information. Your privacy is important to us, and we are committed to protecting the data of our users. 

1. Data Collection and Access

Our watch faces may access certain types of data to function correctly:

• Health Data: Our watch faces may access body sensors (such as Heart Rate) and activity data (such as Step Count) from your wearable device.

• Usage of Health Data: This data is accessed solely to display it in real-time on the watch face. We do not collect, transmit, or store this health data on any external servers. The data remains locally on your device and is processed only for the purpose of the application's UI.

2. Personal Data

We do not collect, use, or share any personally identifiable information (PII), such as your name, email address, or location, through our watch face applications.

3. Data Retention

Because our applications do not transmit or store your data on external servers, we do not "retain" your data in a traditional sense.

• Retention Period: Any health or sensor data accessed by the app is held in the device's volatile memory only as long as necessary to display it on the screen. It is not permanently stored by the application.

4. Data Deletion

• User Control: Since we do not store any user data on our own servers, there is no data for us to delete upon request.

• App Uninstallation: You can stop all data access by the application at any time by uninstalling the watch face from your device. Once the app is uninstalled, it no longer has access to any sensors or data.

• Permissions: You may also revoke permissions for "Sensors" or "Physical Activity" at any time through your device's system settings.

• 5. Third-Party Services

• Our apps do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs that collect your data.
