The current version of InspectWeld does not collect, transmit, store or share personal information.
InspectWeld does not require users to create an account and does not access:
Names or email addresses
Location information
Contacts
Photographs or camera
Microphone
Files or documents
Financial or payment-card information
Advertising identifiers
Some settings or preferences may be stored locally on the user’s device to support the normal operation of the application. This information is not transmitted to AimFast Tech or shared with third parties.
InspectWeld is sold through Google Play. Payments and purchase records are processed by Google Play. AimFast Tech does not receive or store users’ payment-card details.
The current version of InspectWeld does not contain advertisements and does not use third-party advertising or analytics services.
InspectWeld may provide references to external websites or organisations. When users open an external website, its own privacy policy and terms will apply. AimFast Tech is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of external websites.
InspectWeld is intended for welding professionals, inspectors, technicians, lecturers and adult students. It is not designed or directed towards children.
InspectWeld is an independent educational and field-reference application. It does not replace applicable standards, approved procedures, project specifications or professional judgement.

InspectWeld is developed and published by AimFast Tech as an educational and field-reference application for welding-related activities.
1. Purpose
InspectWeld provides general welding inspection guidance, technical references, illustrations, welding symbols and calculation tools. It is intended to support learning and field reference only.
2. Not a substitute for governing requirements
InspectWeld does not replace applicable codes, standards, approved welding procedures, project specifications, employer requirements, certification requirements or professional judgement.
Users are responsible for verifying all inspection, acceptance, repair and technical decisions against the current governing documents applicable to their work.
3. Accuracy of information
Reasonable efforts are made to provide useful and accurate information. However, technical standards, procedures and industry requirements may change. AimFast Tech does not guarantee that all information is complete, current or suitable for every application.
4. Calculations
Calculation tools are provided for convenience. Users must independently verify inputs, assumptions, units and results before relying on them for engineering, fabrication, inspection or safety-related decisions.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AimFast Tech shall not be liable for losses, damages, injury, project delays, rejected work, business losses or other consequences arising from reliance on information or calculations provided by InspectWeld.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
6. Third-party standards and organisations
References to organisations, codes or standards are provided for identification and educational purposes. InspectWeld is an independent application and is not affiliated with or endorsed by AWS, ASME, API, ISO or other standards organisations unless expressly stated.
7. Intellectual property
InspectWeld, including its original software, interface, written content, graphics and branding, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Users may not reproduce, redistribute or commercially exploit the app content without permission.
8. Changes to the app and these Terms
Features, technical content and these Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of InspectWeld after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by applicable law.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, subject to any mandatory consumer protections or other rights that apply in the user's jurisdiction.
