Why do you want to attend? 

We have a tendency to focus on others, overlooking ourselves. In this  workshop we will use effective techniques to truly touch your inner self, approaching it from  physical, mental, emotional and spiritual angles.  You hear yourself and decipher what you are (subconsciously) communicating.

What will you take home?

The knowledge you gain allows you to make different choices, connected to who you are and what you want out of life. The hands-on exercises you can re-use at home/work.

What can you expect?

Starting at 10, the day is filled with a wide variety of exercises, which will be tailored to the group's needs.  The group size is max. 10 people for ample individual focus. The workshops are run in English. The venue is at La Demeure des Elfes in Albinen. It has several rooms you can book separately to stay overnight (see below).

Why do you want to attend? 

We are part of many systems: think of work, family, sport club, neighbourhood, etc. Especially, the patterns which are subconsciously passed down from our (fore)parents,  influence our behaviour and beliefs. In a powerful way, (family) constellations make these hidden patterns visible that underlie our struggles  in life. 

What does it give you?

The constellations help acknowledge what is, allowing genuine inner change to happen for personal growth. You will also learn more about how they work. One day gives you many insights to take home, while attending two or three days fully immerses you in this powerful field.

What can you expect?

The day starts at 10h and ends at 17h. We regularly break, for coffee, tea and lunch. Each day consists of multiple constellations, each addressing a question/issue an attendee brings forward.  All the  constellations will touch, and most likely transform, something in you. The workshops are run in English. The venue is at La Demeure des Elfes in Albinen. It has several rooms you can book separately to stay overnight (see below).

140 CHF per day including lunch, or 360 CHF when you opt for the three day immersion
