Insight HR ("we", "our", or "the Company") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Insight HR mobile application.

• Username

• Employee ID or code

• Attendance records

• Precise location data (GPS), collected only at the time of attendance submission

• Device authentication information (biometric authentication via fingerprint)


2. Biometric Authentication


Insight HR uses fingerprint authentication for secure login and attendance confirmation.


Important:

The application does NOT collect, store, or share biometric data. Fingerprint authentication is handled securely by the device operating system.


3. Location Usage


Location access is required to verify that attendance is recorded from the correct location. Precise location data (GPS) is collected only at the time of attendance submission.


The application does not access location in the background and does not track users outside attendance actions.


4. How We Use Information


We use collected information to:


• Authenticate users

• Record and verify attendance

• Ensure secure access to the application

• Improve system reliability and performance


5. Data Sharing


We do NOT sell, trade, or share personal data with third parties.


All data is transmitted securely to the company’s server for attendance and account management purposes only.


6. Data Security


We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect user data.


All data transmitted between the application and the server is encrypted using secure HTTPS protocols.


7. Data Retention


User data is retained as long as necessary for business, administrative, or legal purposes. Data may be securely deleted upon valid request, subject to legal or regulatory obligations.


8. Data Deletion Request


Users may request deletion of their account and personal data by sending an email to:

Please include the following information in your request:

- Company Name

- Username

- Employee Code


Upon receiving a valid request, the company will review and process the deletion within 30 days.


Data that may be deleted:

- User account information

- Attendance records

- Associated location data


Some data may be retained if required for legal, accounting, or administrative purposes.


9. Account Creation


User accounts are created and managed by the company or system administrator. The application does not allow users to independently create accounts.


10. Children’s Privacy


Insight HR is not directed to children under the age of 13. The application is intended strictly for employees of registered companies.
