This Privacy Policy explains how InSet Video: Live Wallpaper ("InSet Video", "the app", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the application.
We respect your privacy and aim to collect only the information necessary to provide and maintain the app.
InSet Video allows you to select a video stored on your device and use it as a live wallpaper.
The app accesses only files that you explicitly select through the Android system file picker.
Selected videos:
are processed locally on your device;
are not uploaded to our servers;
are not transmitted to us;
are not sold or shared by us with third parties.
To keep your live wallpaper working reliably, including after the app or device restarts, InSet Video may create a private local copy of the currently selected wallpaper video and a cached image frame.
These files are stored locally in the app's private storage and are not accessible to other apps under normal Android security rules.
When you replace the active wallpaper video, old temporary or replaced wallpaper files may be removed automatically.
You can remove locally stored app data by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app.
InSet Video does not require you to create an account.
We do not directly collect or store:
your name;
email address;
phone number;
contacts;
precise location;
photos or videos other than files you explicitly select;
passwords;
payment card details.
We do not operate a server that receives your selected video files.
The free version of InSet Video may display advertisements using Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads.
Google and its advertising partners may process certain information necessary to provide, measure, secure, and personalize or limit advertising, depending on your region, device settings, and consent choices.
This information may include, where applicable:
device and app information;
advertising identifiers;
IP address;
approximate location derived from network information;
ad interaction information;
diagnostic and performance information.
In regions where consent is required, InSet Video uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request and manage applicable advertising privacy choices.
Depending on your consent and applicable law, ads may be personalized, non-personalized, or limited.
InSet Video Pro removes advertising from the app.
Google's handling of information through its advertising services is governed by Google's own privacy policies and terms.
Where required by applicable law, the app may display a consent or privacy options form provided through Google's User Messaging Platform.
Your available privacy choices may depend on:
your country or region;
applicable privacy regulations;
your previous consent choices;

Where supported and required, you may be able to review or change your privacy choices from within the app.
InSet Video offers an optional one-time purchase for InSet Video Pro through Google Play.
Purchases and payment processing are handled by Google Play Billing.
We do not receive or store your full payment card or banking details.
The app may receive purchase and entitlement information from Google Play that is necessary to determine whether Pro features are available.
InSet Video Pro currently provides:
removal of advertisements;
removal of the InSet Video watermark from live wallpapers.
Purchase records may also be retained by Google according to Google's own policies and legal obligations.
The app may store information locally on your device that is required for its functionality, including:
selected language;
theme preferences;
onboarding completion state;
selected video information;
wallpaper display mode such as Crop or Fit;
active wallpaper configuration;
cached wallpaper frame;
Pro entitlement state;
advertising consent state where applicable.
This information is primarily stored locally and is used to operate the app.
InSet Video uses services provided by Google, including:
Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads;
Google User Messaging Platform;
Google Play Billing;
Google Play services where required by Android or Google SDK functionality.
These third-party services may process information according to their own privacy policies, terms, and legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.
We do not upload or share your selected wallpaper videos with our own servers.
Information may be processed by third-party service providers such as Google when necessary for:
advertising;
consent management;
purchase processing;
fraud prevention;

Data stored locally by InSet Video remains on your device only as long as necessary for the relevant app functionality.
The currently active wallpaper video and cached frame may remain in the app's private storage while they are required for your live wallpaper.
Old wallpaper generations and temporary files are removed when they are no longer required by the app.
You can remove locally stored data by:
replacing the selected wallpaper where applicable;
clearing InSet Video's app storage through Android settings;
uninstalling InSet Video.
Information processed independently by Google is subject to Google's own retention and deletion policies.
Because InSet Video does not provide user accounts or maintain a user database on our servers, there is no separate server-side user account to delete.
We use Android platform security mechanisms and private app storage to protect locally stored application data.
Selected wallpaper videos stored by the app are kept in private application storage.
However, no electronic system or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
InSet Video is not specifically designed to collect personal information from children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through our own servers.
Advertising and consent behavior may be subject to additional Google requirements and applicable laws depending on the user's region and age.
InSet Video may be available in multiple countries and regions.
Privacy and advertising requirements may differ depending on your location. Where required, consent and privacy controls are provided through the applicable Google privacy tools integrated into the app.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, third-party services, legal requirements, or privacy practices change.
