Innovative Scanner and Text Translation (“the App”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains our data practices regarding the collection, use, and security of your information.
The App is designed to work offline and locally. Your documents, photos, and scanned text are processed directly on your mobile device. We do not upload your personal files or scanned content to our own servers.
To provide the scanning and translation service, the App requires access to your device camera and storage.
Camera: Used solely to capture images of documents or text for real-time scanning.
Photos/Media: Used only when you choose to import an existing image from your gallery for translation or when saving a finished PDF.
Data Handling: All image processing is done ephemerally in your device's memory. We do not store or transmit your photos to any remote location.
We use Google ML Kit for scanning, text recognition (OCR), and translation.
On-Device Processing: These tools perform text extraction and translation locally on your phone.
Diagnostics: Google may collect limited technical data (such as device model and crash reports) to improve the performance of these libraries. This data does not include your scanned images or personal text.

We do not have a central database or user accounts.
Storage: Your scanned documents are stored only in your phone's local memory.
Deletion: You can delete your scans at any time using the App's interface or your phone's file manager. Uninstalling the App will typically remove all data associated with it.
We implement industry-standard security measures within the App to ensure that your local data remains private. Since no data is transmitted to us, the security of your scans primarily depends on your own device's security settings.
The App does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. Since no registration is required, the App is suitable for users of all ages.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by a new "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
