Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking) to identify and attract potential candidates.
Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications and fit for the role.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create job descriptions, and establish candidate profiles.
Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent, including creating engaging job postings and participating in recruitment events.
Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely hiring.
Data Analysis: Utilize recruitment metrics and data to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience of 2 to 3 years as a Tech Recruiter.
Familiarity with recruiting software and applicant tracking systems.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
