Job Overview

We are seeking a Solutions Architect with expertise in Generative AI (GenAI) to lead the redesign of workflows and processes within our organization. The existing workflows involve tasks related to content analysis, transformation, and enhancement. The goal is to leverage GenAI technologies to improve efficiency, accuracy, and automation, enabling scalable and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Workflow Optimization: Analyze and assess current workflows involving data processing, transformation, and enhancement, and design improved solutions using GenAI.

• GenAI Integration: Architect and implement GenAI-based solutions to optimize existing processes and automate manual tasks, increasing overall efficiency and reducing operational costs.

• Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and secure GenAI solutions.

• Process Automation: Identify and implement opportunities for automation using GenAI models in tasks such as content enrichment, classification, and summarization.

• Technology Evaluation: Research and select appropriate GenAI tools and platforms, ensuring they align with the organization’s technical and business goals.

• Performance and Scalability: Ensure that new workflows are robust, scalable, and meet performance standards for both speed and accuracy.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and implementation of the redesigned workflows.

• Post-Implementation Support: Provide post-launch support, monitoring performance and identifying areas for continuous improvement.

Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s in computer science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or a similar role, with experience in AI/GenAI-based workflow improvements.

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing GenAI solutions for process automation and content optimization.

  • Strong experience with cloud-based AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Technical Knowledge:

  • Deep understanding of Generative AI models and frameworks, including their application in workflow automation.

  • Experience in data processing, content analysis, and transformation workflows.

• Analytical Skills:

  • Ability to evaluate existing workflows and identify opportunities for GenAI-driven improvements.

• Collaboration & Communication:

  • Excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Project Management:

  • Proficiency in Agile project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira, Confluence).
