Product Strategy and Roadmap:
Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for cloud-based products.
Align product goals with company objectives and customer needs.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify customer pain points, industry trends, and competitive landscapes in the cloud computing space.
Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Product Development:
Work closely with engineering, design, and DevOps teams to build scalable and reliable cloud-based solutions.
Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback and business impact.
Cloud Expertise:
Drive the adoption of cloud-native principles, ensuring products leverage the latest in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).
Collaborate with architecture teams to define technical requirements and ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of cloud products.
Customer Engagement:
Gather and analyze feedback from users, stakeholders, and partners to refine the product offering.
Act as a product evangelist, representing the product in client meetings, conferences, and other forums.
Performance Tracking:
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for cloud products, ensuring continuous improvement post-launch.
Use analytics tools to gain insights and drive data-informed decisions.
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
Train internal teams on product capabilities and benefits.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or equivalent experience is a plus).
Experience:
3+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on cloud-based products.
Proven track record of launching and scaling cloud solutions.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native technologies (containers, Kubernetes, serverless, etc.).
Familiarity with DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices architecture.
Proficiency with analytics tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.).
Soft Skills:
Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to think strategically while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
