Hi, I’m Maheima Kapur, an internationally certified therapist specializing in hypno-regression therapy and family constellation work. Over the years, I’ve helped individuals from all walks of life uncover their hidden blocks, heal deeply, and find a renewed sense of peace and clarity.

Manam is MAHE’s mental and emotional well-being program, designed to resonate with GenZ students. Shaped by insights from student conversations and surveys, the program was created in collaboration with the MAHE team. It brings together interactive sessions, expert-led workshops, and experiential activities, offering students practical tools to navigate life’s ups and downs with greater self-awareness and ease in an environment that understands them.
A deeply immersive experience designed to uncover and dissolve the inner blocks we face to a more fulfilling life. The session was a powerful space for self-exploration, emotional release, and collective healing. Through guided exercises, reflections, and open sharing, the participants felt a shift in their energy and self-belief. Feeling seen and heard, the collective energy of the group fostered new perspectives, helping each person tap into greater clarity, confidence, and inner alignment.
