This Privacy Policy explains how InMedia Tool: Audio Cutter (“InMedia Tool”, “the app”, “we”, “our”) handles information when you use the Android application with package name:

InMedia Tool is a batch media-processing application designed to extract audio from video, split audio files, convert audio formats, process large groups of files, and save the results on the user’s device.
InMedia Tool processes selected audio and video files locally on your device.
The app may access files and folders that you explicitly select through Android system file and folder pickers.
Depending on the selected operation, the app may access:
audio files;
video files;
file names;
file sizes;
media duration;
media format and technical metadata;
selected input folders;
selected output folders.
Your audio and video files are not uploaded to our servers for processing.
Processing operations such as audio extraction, splitting, format conversion, and file creation are performed locally on your device.
InMedia Tool uses Android Storage Access Framework and related Android system mechanisms to access only files and folders selected by the user.
Where supported by Android and the selected storage provider, the app may retain permission to access selected files or folders so that active or interrupted processing sessions can continue or recover correctly.
InMedia Tool does not request broad access to all files on your device when Android system file access mechanisms are sufficient.
The app does not use MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE.
InMedia Tool may continue processing media after you leave the app or the app interface is temporarily destroyed by Android.
For this purpose, the app may use an Android Foreground Service for media processing.
The service may be used for:
extracting audio from video;
splitting audio files;
converting media formats;
processing multiple files sequentially;
saving processing results.
Foreground processing starts only after an explicit action by the user, such as pressing the processing button.
The app does not automatically start media processing after a device reboot.
InMedia Tool may request notification permission on Android 13 and later.
Notifications are used to display information about active processing, including:
processing progress;
current file;
current operation;
number of processed files;
processing status;
a cancellation action.
Notification permission is optional.
If you deny notification permission, media processing can continue, but the system notification may not be visible in the normal notification area.
InMedia Tool does not use processing notifications for advertising or promotional messages.
To improve reliability, InMedia Tool may store limited processing-session information locally on your device.
This may include:
processing session identifier;
selected file URIs;
selected operations;
processing settings;
current file position;
completed files;
skipped files;
failed files;
created output files;
processing status;
information required to retry failed or interrupted items.
This information is used only to maintain processing state and recover results if Android terminates the application process.
Processing-session information is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.
The app does not intentionally store complete audio or video files inside its session database or preference storage.
InMedia Tool may store application preferences locally, including:
selected theme;
selected language;
onboarding completion status;
free-use counters;
notification permission request status;
local processing preferences;
Pro entitlement-related state.
These settings are stored locally and are used only to provide application functionality.
The free version of InMedia Tool may display advertisements using Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads.
Google advertising services may automatically collect or process certain information, which may include:
IP address;
device identifiers;
advertising identifiers where available;
app interactions;
advertisement interactions;
diagnostic information;
performance information;
information used to estimate general location.
This information may be used by Google for purposes such as:
displaying advertisements;
measuring advertisement performance;
analytics related to advertising;
fraud prevention;
security;
improving advertising services.
We do not directly control the information automatically collected by Google Mobile Ads.
The Pro version of InMedia Tool does not display advertisements.
InMedia Tool uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) where applicable.
Depending on your location and applicable privacy laws, you may be shown a consent message related to advertising and data processing.
Your choices may affect whether personalized or non-personalized advertising is displayed.
Consent information is handled through Google’s consent-management technology.
InMedia Tool offers an optional one-time purchase called InMedia Tool Pro.
Purchases are processed through Google Play Billing.
Google Play handles payment information.
We do not directly receive or store:
credit or debit card numbers;
banking details;
Google account passwords;
complete payment information.
The app receives limited purchase-status information required to determine whether Pro functionality is active.
Pro is a one-time purchase and is not a subscription.
Pro may provide features such as:
unlimited processing runs;
unlimited number of files;
folder selection;
removal of advertisements.
Purchase restoration is handled through Google Play.
InMedia Tool does not require registration or an InMedia Tool account.
We do not intentionally collect:
your name;
home address;
phone number;
contacts;
passwords;
private messages;
precise GPS location;
payment card information;
biometric information.
We do not sell personal data.
We do not sell, rent, or upload your selected media files to third parties.
InMedia Tool may use Google services including:
Google Play services;
Google Mobile Ads / AdMob;

Google Play Billing.
These third-party services may process information independently according to their own privacy policies, terms, and legal obligations.

We do not sell user information.
We do not share selected audio or video files with advertisers.

Media files remain in locations selected or controlled by the user.
Local application data may remain on the device until:
it is replaced during normal app operation;
the user clears application data;

the app is uninstalled.
Processing-session data may be retained locally where necessary to recover interrupted processing or show previously created results.
Third-party services may retain information according to their own privacy and retention policies.
Because InMedia Tool does not provide user accounts, there is no account-deletion process.
You can remove locally stored InMedia Tool data by:
deleting generated files;
clearing the app’s storage in Android settings;
uninstalling the application.
If you contact us by email regarding privacy-related information, you may request deletion of information contained in your communication where applicable.
If you voluntarily contact us by email, we may receive:
your email address;
the content of your message;
information you choose to provide.
This information is used only to respond to your request, provide support, or address legal or privacy-related matters.
We do not use support emails for advertising mailing lists unless you explicitly request such communication.
InMedia Tool uses local processing whenever practical to minimize unnecessary transfer of media files.
We use Android platform security mechanisms and application-level safeguards intended to protect locally stored information.
However, no electronic storage system or software can guarantee absolute security.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own devices and files.
InMedia Tool is not specifically designed or directed toward children.
The app does not provide social networking, public profiles, direct messaging, or user-generated content sharing.
We do not knowingly operate a system intended to collect personal information directly from children.
Advertising behavior may be subject to Google policies and applicable regional requirements.
Third-party Google services integrated into InMedia Tool may process information on servers located in different countries.
Such processing is governed by applicable law and the privacy practices of the relevant service provider.
