5. Data Management
Your tattoo creations are stored securely and can be accessed as long as you use the application.
You can permanently delete all your data, including tattoo creations, by using the "Delete My Account" button in the settings section. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.
6. Prohibited Conduct
By using the application, you agree not to:
Use the app for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app or its related systems.
Misuse the tattoo generation features in any way that infringes the rights of others.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app or its associated technologies.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the app, including but not limited to its name, logo, design, and interface, remain the property of the app owner.
Except for the tattoo designs you create, no content from the app may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
8. Third-Party Services
The application utilizes third-party services to generate tattoo designs. These services process data solely for providing design results and do not retain user-generated content beyond processing requirements.
We are not responsible for any issues or damages arising from the use of such third-party services.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the application at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Use.
Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these terms will immediately cease, and all stored data will be deleted.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The application is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content provided through the app, including generated tattoo designs.
11. Limitation of Liability
