Title: Phase Calibration of sensitive Low Noise Amplifiers and Power combiners

An initiative has been taken in EEG to built a Receiver chain for the Gauribidanur observatory, which will be operating in the frequency range of 140 - 350 MHz. It consists of Low Noise Amplifier (LNA), Filters, Post Amplifiers and Attenuators to process the very weak signal. This processing makes the signal compatible for further processing at the digital back end. This system requires a set of precisely phase matched LNAs and Power Combiners connected to a log-periodic dipole antenna array. Therefore, an in house calibration set-up / system has been developed to characterize the LNAs. The design details and the results obtained from this effort are presented in the poster.
