Computer Architecture and

Memory System Laboratory

Welcome to Computer Architecture and Memory System (CAMe) Laboratory!

Our goal is to architect future computer architectures and memory systems having better performance, energy efficiency, and reliability.

Especially, we focus on memory-centric computer architecture, including processing-in-memory (PIM) and heterogeneous memory systems. We investigate new PIM architectures and devise efficient methods to utilize them in computer systems. We also constantly explore how to use heterogeneous memory having different characteristics (e.g., utilizing both main-memory DRAM and CXL-based memory buffers).

We are looking for undergraduate interns and M.S./Ph.D. graduate students. If you are interested in computer architecture and memory systems, please contact us.
