Hi, my name is Ing Tiong. I came to the United States about 30 years ago to get my undergraduate and master degree. After I graduated, I went to work at a non-profit healthcare organization. A few years ago, my whole family decided to move to Irvine so that my wife can be closer to her family. We have three children and they are attending Irvine Unified School District schools.

A few years ago, my whole family decided to move to Irvine so that my wife can be closer to her family. We have three children and they are attending Irvine Unified School District schools.
I have been involved in a local church ministry and actively participate in local community events such as fundraising for free wheelchairs for other countries, volunteering in school events, and raising money to help hurricane victims. I believe my passion to serve and to help out will be a great value to Irvine community. I hope we can work together to make Irvine a better place to live.

1. Seek to build veteran cemetery at the 5 and 405 Interchange's strawberry fields or over 200 acre site in the city of Anaheim Hills, near 91 and 241, adjacent to Gypsum Canyon. In addition, also create a state of the art memorial/museum at the Great Park. Otherwise, find another neighboring city to build.

2. Homeless shelter is a countywide issue; Irvine should not be chosen as one of the cities for homeless camp. Our goal is to prevent homelessness.

3. We cannot completely solve the traffic issue, however, we can learn from Smart City Management of Amsterdam with "virtual traffic manager" causing vehicle loss hours to be dropped by 10 percent.
