INFRAOVENS Reusable Mats Compatible stands out as the definitive choice for infraovens baking mats, winning because it offers a complete three-piece system tailored specifically for Ninja Foodi countertop ovens. The runner-up is the INFRAOVENS Reusable Air Fryer set designed for Cosori TurboBlaze, which earns my respect for its superior heat resistance up to 450°F and robust silicone construction.
• INFRAOVENS Reusable Mats Compatible — best for Ninja Foodi SP101/SP201/SP301 owners; pick this if you need a dedicated kit with mesh and perforated liners to handle sticky or tiny foods without falling through racks.
• INFRAOVENS Reusable Air Fryer — best for Cosori TurboBlaze 6QT users; pick this if you prioritize a high-heat resistant silicone mat paired with flexible fiberglass options for diverse cooking styles.
• INFRAOVENS Reusable Air Fryer — best for Ninja Crispi 3-in-1 and Pro models; pick this if you want a custom-fit solution that protects the main basket while offering a mix of grill and mesh capabilities.
• INFRAOVENS Reusable Liners — best for generic Breville, Cuisinart, or Black & Decker toaster ovens; pick this if you need versatile, standard-sized mats that fit a wide range of brands rather than a single proprietary model.
This product is a specialized accessory kit designed exclusively for the Ninja Foodi lineup, specifically the SP101, SP201, SP301, and SP351 models. It is not just a single sheet but a comprehensive trio: a non-stick grill liner, a fine mesh liner, and a perforated mat. This variety is what makes it unique in the market. Most competitors sell a single generic sheet, but this set addresses the specific geometry and airflow needs of these particular countertop convection ovens. The inclusion of a mesh liner is particularly smart, as it allows you to cook small items like shrimp or chopped vegetables that would typically slide through the standard oven grates.
Who is this for? It is clearly for the owner of a Ninja Foodi who wants to maximize their appliance's potential without risking damage to the original racks. If you have ever struggled with cheese sticking to the metal grid or sauces dripping onto the heating element, this set solves those problems directly. The materials are PFOA-free fiberglass, which means you get a non-stick surface that won't leach harmful chemicals into your food. The fact that these are dishwasher safe is a major convenience factor; you can toss them in after dinner rather than scrubbing baked-on residue off your expensive oven trays.
In daily use, the perforated liner is the workhorse. It covers the rack completely to catch drips from roasts or casseroles but still allows hot air to circulate, ensuring your food cooks evenly rather than steaming in its own juices. The solid grill liner is perfect for delicate fish or anything that might fall through the gaps, while the mesh liner handles the smallest bits. The trade-off here is specificity. You cannot take this set and expect it to fit perfectly inside a generic toaster oven from a different brand or an air fryer from a competing manufacturer. It is built for one ecosystem, and within that ecosystem, it is a precise fit.
This second option is engineered for the Cosori TurboBlaze 6QT air fryer. Unlike the first set which focuses on toaster oven geometry, this one prioritizes the deep, cylindrical nature of air fryer baskets. It comes with a raised-edge silicone mat and two fiberglass liners—one solid grill and one mesh. The standout feature here is the material composition. The silicone component is rated to withstand temperatures up to 450°F, which gives you significant flexibility when you want to sear or roast at higher heat settings. This durability suggests a longer lifespan compared to thinner alternatives that might warp under intense thermal stress.

The target audience is anyone who owns a Cosori TurboBlaze and wants to eliminate the dreaded "scrape and scrub" routine. Air fryer baskets often have a non-stick coating that scratches easily, leading to peeling over time. This silicone mat acts as a protective shield, absorbing the abrasion instead of the basket itself. The raised edges are a thoughtful design detail; they contain grease and oil during cooking, preventing messy spills from running down the sides of the machine. The included fiberglass liners add versatility, allowing you to switch between a solid barrier for liquids and a mesh screen for crispy textures.
Using this set feels intuitive for someone who cooks frequently. The silicone mat provides a stable base for things like eggs or pancakes that might otherwise slide around in a round basket. The fiberglass options expand your culinary horizons, letting you bake cookies or grill vegetables with ease. The main compromise is size and shape. While it fits the Cosori TurboBlaze 6QT perfectly, it will not work in other air fryer models, even if they share the same quart capacity. Every air fryer has a unique internal footprint, so precision matters. However, for the Cosori owner, the combination of high heat tolerance and easy cleanup makes this a compelling choice.
This third selection mirrors the previous one in terms of components but is calibrated for the Ninja Crispi 3-in-1 and Ninja Crispi Pro. It includes a red silicone mat alongside two PFOA-free fiberglass liners. The specification highlights a focus on protecting the main basket of these specific Ninja models. Like its Cosori counterpart, it utilizes premium food-grade silicone that resists heat up to 450°F. This temperature rating is crucial for air frying, where rapid air circulation can generate intense localized heat. The silicone ensures the liner remains pliable and intact even after repeated cycles of high-temperature cooking.
I recommend this for the Ninja Crispi owner who values both protection and performance. The set is designed to make cleanup effortless, which is the primary selling point for any kitchen tool. By catching all the grease and food particles, the liners prevent the sticky buildup that often plagues air fryer baskets. The mesh liner is particularly useful for keeping small fries or nuggets contained, while the solid grill liner handles juicier meats. The fact that everything is dishwasher safe means you don't have to hand-wash greasy silicone sheets, saving valuable time after a family meal.
The trade-off here, much like the others, is exclusivity. This kit is not universal. It is shaped and sized specifically for the Ninja Crispi line. If you try to force it into a different brand of air fryer, the fit will be wrong, potentially blocking airflow or creating a fire hazard. However, for those with the correct machine, the benefits are clear. The materials are durable and safe, avoiding toxic chemicals found in lower-quality coatings. The included recipe booklet also adds value, guiding you on how to utilize the different liners for various dishes, from baking to dehydrating. It transforms a simple cleaning aid into a multi-functional cooking tool.
This final option takes a different approach by targeting a broad range of toaster ovens rather than a single appliance. It is compatible with major brands like Breville, Black & Decker, and Cuisinart. The dimensions are listed as 9 x 11 inches, which is a standard size for many countertop convection ovens. The set includes a perforated mat, a mesh liner, and additional accessories designed to keep racks clean. This universality is its greatest strength. If you own multiple toaster ovens or prefer a more generic solution that works across different kitchens, this is the most flexible choice on the list.
Who is this for? It is ideal for households that use various brands of toaster ovens or for renters who might swap appliances. The design focuses on airflow and cleanliness. The perforated mat allows hot air to circulate freely, ensuring even cooking without the sogginess that sometimes occurs with solid barriers. The mesh liner solves the age-old problem of small food items falling through the oven grate. By using these mats, you protect the underlying racks from rusting or flaking, which can happen over time with heavy use and acidic foods. The inclusion of a recipe booklet helps beginners understand how to integrate these tools into their daily cooking routine.
In practical terms, these mats are straightforward. They lay flat, cover the rack, and catch the mess. The materials are PFOA-free fiberglass and silicone, ensuring safety and non-stick performance. Being dishwasher safe adds to their appeal for busy families. The main limitation is that the fit might not be as precise as the branded sets. Because it accommodates a wider range of machines, there may be slight variations in how it sits on the rack compared to a custom-molded liner. However, for the average user who needs reliable, no-fuss protection for a standard toaster oven, this offers excellent value and functionality without the constraint of a single brand.
We compared published specifications, material compositions, and compatibility lists for every available option. Our ranking reflects our independent editorial opinion based on how well each set solves specific cooking problems, such as protecting racks or handling small foods. No brand paid for placement, and we evaluated these solely on their technical merits and utility.
Yes, the silicone and fiberglass options in these sets are generally rated to withstand temperatures up to 450°F, making them suitable for roasting, baking, and air frying without melting or releasing harmful fumes.
All the mats described in this guide are explicitly labeled as dishwasher safe, allowing you to clean them quickly after use without hand-scrubbing.
Ideally, yes. While some mats are universal, the best results come from buying a set specifically designed for your appliance model, such as the Ninja or Cosori specific kits, to ensure proper airflow and fit.
The mesh liner is designed for small foods that might fall through a standard rack, while the solid or perforated liners are better for containing liquids, sauces, and larger items that need a stable cooking surface.
