GIVING HEROISM PACKAGE TO 30 WWII VETERANS IN PAMPANGA

In line with the 81st Araw ng Kagitingan, one of the office's initiatives in recognizing our WWII veterans' heroic deeds is by giving a heroism package which includes grocery items given by different partner banks of PVAO last April 24, 2023.

Our office is very grateful for the non-stop support of Philippine Veterans Bank (PVB), Composite Wing Savings And Loan Association, Inc (CWSLAI), Air Materiel Wing Savings and Loan Association Incorporated (AMWSLAI), and United Asia Bank (AUB) for the sponsorship.

Our office conducted a program "Giving Heroism Package to Selected WWII Veterans" in Pampanga which is in line with the 81st Araw ng Kagitingan held at FSEO Pampanga. Ms. Joy Lastimosa of Philippine Veterans Bank Clark Branch (PVB), Ms. Christine Puno of Composite Wing Savings and Loan Association, Inc (CWSLAI) and Ms. Monique Domingo of Aisa United Bank (AUB) was able to join the distribution of the said packages to our veterans.

Aside from the received heroism packages, our office was also able to recruit our WWII veterans to Veteran Federation of the Philippine (VFP).

It was indeed fulfilling to put a smile on the faces of our WWII veterans in Pampanga behind the successful program!

CWSLAI: Grocery items worth PHP 5,000.00

PVB: 30pcs tumblers

AMWSLAI: Grocery items worth PHP 10,000.00

AUB: 30pcs rebisco crackers 850 grams and 30pcs Del Monte Pineapple Juice (1 liter)
