I am an Assistant Professor in the Strategy area of the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

My research focuses on how and when the matching process between workers and firms yields performance gains. I am particularly interested in how organizations choose hiring channels as a result of their demand for skills. You can find more about my research here.
