Based on these analyses, propose a future state of production, summarizing how things would ideally operate if you were to produce your project(s) in large quantities, including:

  • Visualization (VSM) of process space and flow

  • Quality Control/Improvements

  • Time Optimizations

  • ROI calculations/recommendations for whichever machines, tools, etc. you would use to produce your project(s) in mass
