Create a comprehensive Bill of Process for your project, including:

• Bills of Materials (BOM's)

  • OBOM (Ordering Bill of Materials), including:

    • Raw material/hardware lengths, quantities, prices, and vendors/links

    • Tooling/accessories needed to manufacture your project

  • EBOM, including:

    • Assembly technical drawings

    • Component technical drawings

    • List of materials, quantities, prices, dimensions, etc.

  • MBOM, including:

    • List of machines & tooling needed

    • Order of operations to follow to manufacture your product(s); 1st step, 2nd step, 3rd step, etc.

  • Any other relevant ordering/planning documents

• Electronic Work Instructions (EWI)

  • Setup sheet(s)

  • Visuals/instructions for setting up or operating the machines to manufacture your product(s)
