(Continuing from previous Levels/Challenges) Develop at least one viable solution to make the cycle of fixturing/un-fixturing workpieces (D6 Dice) from a modular fixture plate a powered operation, including:
Determine which type(s) of power will be required to fixture/un-fixture the workpieces - pneumatic/hydraulic/other/combination?
Determine where the power will be needed - inside/outside the machine, on/off the fixture plate itself?
Determine if/how power will be maintained/transferred into & out of the machine?
Determine how power will be controlled (turned on/off), and whether or not power is required for fixturing and/or un-fixturing?
Determine how you are creating a feedback loop for monitoring the state of both the powered fixturing as well as the product(s) being fixtured?
