∆3  - CHALLENGE: Bracket Welding Fixture

Design a welding fixture to produce one computer tower bracket's worth of components per every completed welding cycle; One-Piece-Flow

• Note: There may be a total of more than one bracket's worth of parts/components need on the fixture in order to meet this flow

• Design your fixture using all (or as many as possible) standard available components. If custom fixture component designs are needed, the use of custom components/geometries must be clearly justified

• The fixture and all components should fit entirely on a single Modular Fixture Table (model not provided)
