Use CAM within Fusion 360 to program all three cutting operations of the Rose Index (model provided below):
Create a proper Setup, ensuring the location of your part zero is aligned with where WCS will be. A basic model of the dual-station vise is provided below for accurate clearances
Create a cloud tool library for the tools you will need to perform all toolpaths for all operations.
CAD/CAM file (.f3d) of your finished machining operations
Setup Sheet (.pdf) for OP1, OP2, and OP3
