• Establish a first aid team trained to handle burns and other injuries.

• Have a comprehensive first aid kit readily available.

• Keep emergency contact numbers for local responders easily accessible.

• Use appropriate methods to extinguish oil fires, such as heat-resistant blankets, and avoid using water.

Regular maintenance of furnace equipment and adherence to safety protocols are mandatory to ensure the well-being of others and the proper functioning of heat treatment operations.
