Gave his life to the job quite literally, taken far too early, didn't get the chance to enjoy his retirement, didn't have a chance really given the exposure levels.
20+yrs of ongoing failures by the PCBU and the management / owners, meant he and many others lives have been sacrificed for their own personal greed.
Currently working hard with the support of the UHCC / GWRC (and others) to cover up their dishonesty and fraudulent actions...

Those responsible / behind the exposure, non compliance and non conformance, those behind the fraudulent documents and false BWOF, False Consenting, False Reporting... Corruption at its best... PCBU behind total legal and legislative failures, causing serious harm and injury to many.

July 2021 - Company / Owners - Commence major changes and modifications to building's and site to mislead and misrepresent - non compliance and non conformance, high-lighted throughout the (deck chair report) - in active collaboration with UHCC / GWRC / MOH / MBIE, where they are being enabled to avoid legislative consequence and fines for serious breaches of the law.
2020 to 2022 CEO / PCBU - Coercively pressures company Health and Safety Rep, to send false and fraudulent reports and information to various authorities to suggest they don't produce contaminates at this site.
2000 to 2025 "Discharge to Air" of "Highly Toxic Contaminate" without any Resource Consent.
2023 - Public Health Investigation underway, reviewing false reports and exposure monitoring, health monitoring and contaminate exposure.
2024 - Company / Building Owners - Commence significant changes and modifications to the buildings / offices.
2024 - MBIE - Commence review of consenting, compliance, conformance, legislative breaches, legal action / procedures to come.
2024 - MBIE - Commences review of UHCC formal legislative functions as BCA and TA, failures to uphold the Building Act, legal consequences to be actioned.
2025 - Company / Building Owners - Continued modifications, falsified reporting and documentation used to mislead authorities.
2025 - Formal independent investigation and review of wider fraudulent and corrupt activities underway.

What widespread systemic corruption / fraudulent actions look like...
The document trail is lengthy, going back to late 90's, the depth of systemic dishonesty is wide spread, the use of fraudulent material / documentation is extensive, the layers of corruption between the various entities involved is mind-blowing, the willful negligence and intentional ignorance has lead to a total disregard for ones legislative and legal duty, despite knowing these failures have resulted in lives lost and livelihoods destroyed, more than 350 people impacted over 25 years of Non Compliance, Non Conformance, through a total systemic failure and negligence across multiple authorities.
