Welcome to Veofy : AI Video Creator (“the App”). By downloading, accessing, or using Veofy : AI Video Creator, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Description of the Service

Veofy is an AI-powered creative suite that allows users to create and personalize multimedia content using advanced artificial intelligence tools. The app includes the following core features:

• AI Lipsync: Animate lip movements in videos with emotional expression and realistic syncing to speech or audio.

• Text-to-Speech: Convert written text into natural-sounding AI voices with adjustable tone, speed, and emotion.

• AI Video Effects: Apply smart filters and styles to enhance videos with AI-driven transformations.

• Text-to-Video: Transform written prompts into AI-generated videos with sound and visuals.

• Virtual Try-On: Preview clothing on your image using AI-generated fashion visualization.

• Text-to-Image: Create AI-generated images from text prompts.

• Image-to-Video: Animate still images into motion clips using AI.
  
  

We may add or modify features over time to enhance user experience.

2. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country).

• Have the legal authority to agree to these Terms.

• Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

If you are under the age of majority, you must have parental or guardian consent.

3. User Content & AI-Generated Content

3.1 Your Content

When you upload, submit, or input text, images, or other materials (“User Content”) into Veofy, you:

• Retain ownership of your content.

• Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, and use your content solely to operate and improve the App’s functionality.
  
  

3.2 AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content may not always be accurate, consistent, or appropriate. You acknowledge that such content is automatically produced by machine-learning models and you are solely responsible for how it is used, shared, or published.

3.3 Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Veofy to:

• Generate sexually explicit, pornographic, or NSFW content involving minors.

• Produce hateful, violent, defamatory, or harassing material.

• Infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

• Create deepfakes or impersonations of real people without consent.

• Use the app for unlawful, misleading, or deceptive purposes.

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or permanent account termination.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, trademarks, and designs within Veofy are owned by Veofy : AI Video Creator or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

No other rights are granted by implication.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features require an auto-renewable subscription to unlock premium access.

5.1 Subscription Details

• Subscription Title: Veofy Premium Access

• Length of Subscription: Weekly or Yearly

• Payment: Processed via Apple’s App Store using your Apple ID.

• Renewal: Automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Management: You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings after purchase.

• Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or Apple’s refund policy.

By using Veofy, you also agree to Apple’s Standard EULA:

If you purchase a subscription, you must also review the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use before completing the transaction.

6. Data Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Veofy AI collects and processes limited data necessary to operate the app. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how your data is collected, used, and protected.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Veofy AI is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

• AI-generated results will meet your expectations or be accurate.

• The Service will be free from bugs, data loss, or network failures.

Use the App at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the Service within the past 3 months.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these exclusions may not apply to you.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if:

• You violate these Terms.

• You misuse the App or attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit its systems.

• We discontinue or modify parts of the Service.

You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted within the app or on our website. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
