Welcome to INDGAS ("we", "our", or "us"). INDGAS is a free, independent third-party LPG cylinder booking assistance application that helps users book HP Gas, Indane Gas, and BPCL Bharat Gas cylinders conveniently from their mobile devices.

• App version and unique device identifiers

INDGAS does NOT collect the following:
• Precise GPS or real-time location data
• Contacts, photos, camera, or microphone access
• Bank account numbers, UPI IDs, or payment card details
• Aadhaar numbers or government-issued ID numbers
• Biometric data of any kind

• To register your account and verify your LPG consumer details
• To facilitate LPG cylinder booking requests across HP Gas, Indane, and Bharat Gas

Your LPG consumer number, registered address, and booking request details are shared with the respective LPG brand distributor (HP Gas, Indane, or Bharat Gas) solely to process your cylinder booking. This is necessary for the core function of the App.
We may engage trusted third-party service providers for functions such as SMS delivery, app analytics, and crash reporting. These partners are contractually obligated to use your data only for the specific service they provide and are prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, government order, or legal process, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a lawful government request.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all assets of INDGAS, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. You will be notified via a prominent notice in the App prior to any such transfer.
Your data is stored on secure servers located in India. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including:

The App may contain links to the official portals of HP Gas, Indane Gas, and Bharat Gas (BPCL) for reference purposes. Once you leave our App and visit a third-party website or service, this Privacy Policy no longer applies. We strongly encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you visit. INDGAS is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such third-party sites.
INDGAS requests only the minimum permissions necessary to deliver its core functionality:
• Internet Access: Required to connect to our servers for booking and tracking
• Notifications: Required to send you booking confirmations and delivery alerts
• Storage (optional): Only if you choose to save booking receipts to your device
The App does not request permissions for location, camera, microphone, contacts, or any other sensitive device features.
