Open the list of available individualised studies subjects.
Select the study programme you are currently studying in. Also, pay attention to the year of admission, indicated next to the study programme name.
Enter the phrase "General university studies" in the search field.
Review the list of General university study subjects and identify which ones best match your interests. The best way to do this is to base your choice on the course description.
If you still don't know what you would like to choose the most, we invite you to register for one of the consultations offered by the Counseling and Career Center:
Career consultation - for questions related to your career, future prospects, and the skills you need and will find useful in your career. During the consultation, you will be able to take a closer look at your desired career path and find out what skills and knowledge are most relevant to it.
Academic consultation – for general questions about studies, the study process, course descriptions, and schedules. During this consultation, we can help you identify the advantages and disadvantages of specific choices or provide assistance in reading course descriptions.
In the "Description" column, you will find the subject timetable - familiarise yourself with it. Does the subject timetable suit you? Will you be able to coordinate it with your main studies timetable?
With a list of all the subjects that are most relevant to you, it's time to prioritise them according to the level of interest (from most interested to least). This list will be useful while registering. If the places are filled, you can look for your second or third priority.
During the individualised studies subjects selection period, log in to is.vu.lt and register for the subjects you want.
Registration for Individualised studies subjects (for the autumn semester) will start on the 8th of May and will be open until the 14th of May. Registration for Individualised studies subjects (for the upcoming spring semester) will start on the 8th of December and will be open until the 14th of December.
You can register for the Individualised Studies subjects in is.vu.lt by selecting Enrollment, then clicking on the option Course Units (Modules) of Individualised Studies. Once you have found the desired study subject in the list, you should click on the plus sign (+) on the left of the study subject name.
