Tara and her friend Dawn had been walking back home from a Halloween party, but were too intoxicated to drive home themselves. The girls encounter a man dressed in a clown costume, and while Dawn is flirty to the clown, Tara is rightfully unnerved, and thus she and Dawn take refuge inside a pizzeria. The clown follows them there, however, and begins to stare at the girls whilst making ridiculous expressions, eventually giving Tara a silver ring. The restaurant's owner subsequently removes the clown for smearing his name, Art, with feces on the bathroom walls.
On Halloween night, Tara and her bestfriend Dawn are intoxicated and with neither in a stable mindset to drive, they decide to go to a nearby pizzeria to sober up. Tara is unnerved when she spots a clown carrying a trash bag across from them.
The night of her attack, Victoria gets a call from her sister, Tara, while at a Halloween party. Tara asks Victoria to come pick them up since Dawn's tire is flat. Victoria drives to the storage facility where they're located, and on her way there she hears a radio report that there's a killer in a clown costume that just killed two people at a pizza parlor near the storage facility.
She hides by a crawlspace, and hears a strange sound, before Art sneaks up on her and attempts to strangle her with saran wrap. She tries to fight back but Art only strengthens his grip. Victoria eventually rips a hole in the saran wrap and collapses onto the floor, coughing. She takes a nearby nail off the floor and stabs it into Art's foot, giving her time to escape. She finds a ladder with a door above it. The door is jammed, so she goes down a different hallway instead of up the ladder. Eventually, she finds Tara's bloodied body with several gunshot wounds to the head with a sign reading "CIRCUS" on it propped on her lap. She weeps in front of her sister's body as Art sneaks up behind her once more. She turns around as Art quickly whips her with his cat o' nine tails, cutting her arm. He whips her 11 more times before Mike sneaks up behind him and knocks him out. Mike helps Victoria up and they both go to a room and lock the door. Victoria collapses from the immense pain of all of the cuts. Mike tells Victoria there's a phone, but Victoria thinks he is going to leave her, to which she panics. But, Mike tells her the phone is nearby, so she does not have to worry. Mike calls 911 and tells them about the murders in the storage facility. After hanging up, Mike takes Victoria to a separate room, but the door is locked, so he looks around for something to break the lock. While he's looking, Art appears and knocks Mike over with a barrel. Art smashes him with the barrel again before repeatedly stomping on his head, smashing his head in, killing him. Victoria grabs a nearby wooden stick and breaks the lock, but not in time for Art to put her in a headlock. Luckily, Victoria took the nail she stabbed in Art's foot and stabs his eye. She runs outside and enters through a door that says "KEEP OUT". After she enters, Art appears again and grabs her by the hair. Victoria breaks free from his grip, with some of her hair getting ripped out. Victoria tells Art to "go away", and also tells him to "stop it" as he starts honking a clown horn at her. After she grabs a nearby rod, Art goes away. She runs away and tries to get into another door. After seeing it's locked, she begins to hear police sirens. She looks out the crack in the door and sees a truck rushing towards her. The truck, being driven by Art, breaks the door down and hits Victoria, knocking her to the ground. Art exits the truck and kneels over near Victoria, and begins to eat her face. Halfway through eating her face, the police arrive, pointing guns at Art. Before they can arrest him, Art pulls a gun out of his shoe and points it in his mouth and shoots himself. The police notice that Victoria is still alive, and so she is admitted to the ER.
Mike (Matt McAllister) is quickly drawn into the drama as Art knocks him unconscious with a hammer. However, he shows resilience by saving Victoria (Samantha Scaffidi) and returning the favor. The clown eventually gets the jump on Mike, and after knocking him down, he turns his head into a bloody mess.

Thomas is so unabashedly herself that it flows out and infuses everything she does. Which is a lot. She was a professional clown for 17 years, she went to film school and creates incredibly surreal short films. She paints, she makes clothing, she collects horror film props and costumes, and she is a prolific writer. She does what she wants and wears what she wants and makes no apologies for it.
The two women decide to grab a bite to eat at a local pizzeria while they sober up. However, as they wait for their food, Art the Clown enters and silently taunts Tara. When the clown suddenly goes to the bathroom, Tara expresses her concern, but Dawn seems unphased by his presence. Moments later, the owner throws the clown out of the restaurant for smearing feces all over the bathroom walls.

There are few movies that have left audiences passing out, vomiting, or exiting the theater in disgust and Terrifier 2 is one of them. The sequel to Terrifier (2016), this creepy clown flick stars David Howard Thornton as up-and-coming pop-culture icon Art the Clown, a deranged serial killer.
I saw an Instagram seller I follow was selling vintage costume patterns and two of them were patterns I knew my mom had when I was a kid. Did she still have them? Yes. Could I have them? YES! Did I immediately decide to make a creepy clown costume for one of my 5 ft tall skeletons? YOU KNOW IT!
When Artistic Director Bill Taylor secured the rights to produce "Clown Bar" in 2022, he had a sneaking suspicion that the noir clown comedy would be very well received. But even he was surprised by how well it did. Theatre Conspiracy is bringing the show back to the Foulds Theatre at the Alliance for Arts for a return engagement.
Another commission piece requested of me to make my own interpretation of a Koopaclown car. This was my second attempt using foam padding for the structure of the orb, covered with fleece and then adding the small details to bring it to life.
The first short film on the VHS tape begins with a woman named Casey waiting at a train station. A couple, dressed in Halloween costumes, enter the waiting area, heavily intoxicated. One of them asks Casey if she knows what time the train is leaving, to which she politely declines knowledge of. Shortly after they leave, Casey heads to the bathroom to wash her face, and when she returns, she sees Art waiting at the station as well, staring at her. He proceeds to harass Casey by repeatedly honking a clown horn at her, prompting her to ask him to stop. Art then mocks surprise and makes an attempt to (non-verbally) reconcile with Casey by offering her a plastic flower, to which she accepts. Casey is startled when she discovers cockroaches hidden within the flowers, much to Art's amusement. She then attempts to escape the room, but Art grabs her arm and sedates her with a syringe. A heavily sedated Casey looks back up at Art, who is sarcastically waving at her, while flashing his glowing eyes, and smiling sadistically.
The costume designer stays in the shed, waiting for help, until Art bursts through the ground, apparently having dug a hole underneath the shed in order to get to her. Art then proceeds to repeatedly slash the costume designer with a crude cat o' nine tail. The costume designer eventually manages to gain the upperhand after stabbing Art in his eye and back with one of his knives, allowing her to escape. The costume designer then manages to hitch a ride from a concerned stranger. She explains to the driver that she's being followed by a man in a clown costume who has been attempting to kill her. Art then drives up next to them in a car and proceeds to shoot the driver in the face with a gun, and laughs maniacally. The car crashes into a tree, rendering the costume designer unconscious. She awakes in a boiler room and sees Art sadistically laughing and pointing at her, before discovering that her arms and legs have been removed and derogatory words have been carved into her body.
