Welcome!
Mission:
This project is intended to assist Social Studies teachers who are looking to incorporate inclusive learning opportunities in their instructional practice by providing access to sample standards and resources that shed light on the history and experiences of historically marginalized groups, whose stories do not always make it into the dominant narratives of textbooks.

Disclaimer: While we were curating our resources, we discovered an amazing amount of websites, research databases, and tools that you will find in our sample lesson plans and videos. We encourage you to dive deeper into each site as we appreciate all the support for inclusive curriculums that these resources provide. Our committee is not taking any money from any of the databases we have pulled from and are not profiting from their use on our site. Some of the resources included in the modules may require the creation of a free account in order to access the free materials. If you have any resources that you think would be helpful, please be sure to put it in the feedback form on the “contact us” tab!
