InBAC: Bulk Audio Compressor is an Android application designed to compress individual or multiple audio files directly on the user’s device.
The App allows users to:
select one audio file;
select multiple audio files;
select an entire folder containing supported audio files;
choose a compression level;
view estimated output size, estimated savings, and target bitrate;
compress supported audio files;
save compressed files to a selected output location;
process multiple files as a batch;
continue an active compression operation while the App is in the background.
The App does not require account registration.
Audio files selected by you are processed locally on your device.
Supported input formats may include:
MP3
M4A
AAC
WAV
FLAC
OGG / Vorbis
Opus
Compressed audio files are exported in M4A format.
The developer does not intentionally upload, collect, store, or transmit your selected audio files or compressed output files to developer-operated servers.
Your audio files are used only to perform the compression operation requested by you.
The developer does not use your audio files for:
advertising;
profiling;
marketing;
artificial intelligence training;
unrelated analytics;
any purpose unrelated to the functionality requested by you.
The App uses Android system file-selection and storage mechanisms, including the Storage Access Framework (SAF) where applicable.
InBAC may access:
individual files explicitly selected by you;
multiple files explicitly selected by you;
folders explicitly selected and authorized by you;
an output folder selected by you.
The App does not require unrestricted access to all files on your device solely for its core functionality.
Where supported by Android, the App may retain access to selected files or folders when necessary to complete an active or interrupted compression operation.
InBAC does not automatically scan your device for audio files.
Where technically supported, InBAC may read and preserve compatible metadata associated with selected audio files.
This may include:
track title;
artist;
album;
year;
track information;
embedded cover artwork;
other compatible audio metadata.
Metadata is processed locally as part of the audio compression process.
The developer does not intentionally upload this metadata to developer-operated servers.
Compressing large audio files or processing multiple files may take an extended period of time.
After you explicitly start a compression operation, InBAC may continue processing while:
the App is minimized;
another application is open;
the device screen is turned off.
For long-running audio processing, the App may use an Android Foreground Service with the appropriate media-processing service type required by the Android version running on your device.
Background processing starts only after you explicitly initiate a compression operation.
InBAC does not automatically begin compressing files without user action.
InBAC may request permission to display notifications on Android versions where notification permission is required.
Notifications may display information related to an active compression operation, including:
processing progress;
completion percentage;
processed file count;
total file count;
current file being processed;
completion status;
failure status;
an option to cancel the active operation.
Notifications are used only to provide App functionality and processing status.
Notification permission is not used by the developer to collect personal information or deliver unrelated marketing messages.
Where technically supported, an active compression operation may be cancelled from the App or from the processing notification.
When an operation is cancelled:
remaining files are not processed;
the currently active operation is stopped as safely as possible;
incomplete temporary output files may be removed;
files that were already successfully processed may remain available.
The App does not intentionally modify or delete original source files as part of normal compression processing.
An audio file may fail to process if it is:
damaged or corrupted;
inaccessible;
unsupported;
encoded using an unsupported configuration;
otherwise incompatible with the processing engine.
When multiple files are being processed, failure of one file does not automatically stop the entire batch.
InBAC may continue processing the remaining files.
The results screen may display which files were successfully processed, skipped, or failed, together with an available reason for the failure.
Limited processing-state and error information may be stored locally so that the App can correctly display processing results.
InBAC may store limited information locally on your device to provide App functionality.
This may include:
language preference;
theme preference;
onboarding completion status;
App settings;
selected compression settings;
selected output location;
Pro entitlement status;
active processing state;
processing progress;
processing results;
references required to identify selected files or folders;
information required to identify an interrupted operation.
This information is used only to provide App functionality.
It is not intentionally uploaded to developer-operated servers.
You can remove locally stored App data by clearing the App’s storage in Android settings or uninstalling the App.
Files exported outside the App’s private storage remain on your device until you delete them.
InBAC may create temporary files while audio is being decoded, processed, compressed, saved, or exported.
Temporary files are used only to complete the operation requested by you.
They may be removed when:
processing is completed;
processing is cancelled;
processing fails;
they are no longer required.
Successfully exported files remain in the destination selected by you until you delete them.
InBAC uses Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK to display advertisements.
Depending on Google services, device configuration, applicable law, and user consent, Google may automatically process certain technical or advertising-related information.
This may include:
IP address;
approximate location derived from IP address;
interactions with the App;
interactions with advertisements;
diagnostic information;
performance information;
advertising identifiers;
device or other identifiers.
Advertising-related information is processed by Google according to Google’s own privacy policies and applicable terms.
InBAC does not provide your selected audio files or compressed audio content to Google AdMob as part of the audio compression process.
Where required by applicable law or Google policies, InBAC may use Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request and manage advertising-related consent and privacy choices.
Available privacy options may depend on:
your region;
applicable privacy laws;
Google advertising requirements;
previous consent choices.
Where applicable, the App may provide an option to review or update your advertising privacy choices.
InBAC may offer a Pro upgrade through Google Play Billing.
Purchases are processed by Google Play.
The developer does not directly receive or store your:
credit or debit card number;

purchase status;
purchase token;
entitlement status;
other transaction-related information provided by Google Play Billing.
This information is used only to manage your Pro entitlement.
Certain features or usage limits may differ between the free and Pro versions of InBAC.
The App may store Pro entitlement information locally and may communicate with Google Play when necessary to verify or restore a purchase.
Purchasing Pro does not provide the developer with access to your selected audio files or complete payment information.
When you save or share a compressed audio file, InBAC may use Android’s system storage or sharing mechanisms.
Files are transferred only to:
a storage destination selected by you; or
an application or recipient explicitly selected by you through Android’s sharing interface.
Any third-party application receiving a shared file processes that file according to its own privacy policy.
The developer does not control how another application handles a file after you choose to share it.
The core functionality of InBAC does not require the developer to collect:
your name;
home address;
phone number;
contacts;
precise GPS location;
passwords;
private messages;
microphone recordings;
camera content;
copies of your selected audio files.
Third-party services integrated into the App, including Google AdMob and Google Play, may independently process certain technical, advertising, consent, or transaction-related information as described in this Privacy Policy.
InBAC is designed to perform audio compression locally on your device.
The developer takes reasonable measures to minimize unnecessary access to user files and information.
Information processed independently by third-party services may be transmitted over the internet according to their respective security practices and privacy policies.
No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your original audio files remain under your control.
The developer does not intentionally retain copies of your original or compressed audio files on developer-operated servers.
Compressed files remain on your device or in the destination selected by you until you delete them.
Temporary processing information may be retained locally only for as long as reasonably necessary to complete, recover, cancel, or report the result of an operation.
Local App settings may remain until:
they are changed or replaced;
App data is cleared;
the App is uninstalled.
Information independently processed by Google or other third-party services is retained according to their respective privacy policies.
InBAC is not specifically directed at children.
The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App’s core audio-compression functionality.
Third-party services integrated into the App operate according to their own privacy policies and applicable legal requirements.
InBAC may use third-party services provided by Google, including:
Google AdMob
Google Mobile Ads SDK
